1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

2. Delivery Timelines

Within India:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: 4–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier operations.

International Shipping:

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time. If you are based outside India and wish to place an order, please contact us at admin@tealayas.com and we will do our best to assist.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders of ₹1000 or more.
  • For orders below ₹1000, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • A tracking link will be sent to your registered email or phone number.
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact admin@tealayas.com.


5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not liable for delivery failure.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or an incorrect address, the shipment may be returned to us. Re-shipping will require additional shipping charges.


7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged, torn, or opened/tampered, please:

  1. Take clear photos before opening
  2. Email admin@tealayas.com within 48 hours
  3. Include your order number and supporting images

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.


8. Delays Beyond Our Control

Tealayas is not responsible for delays caused by courier disruptions, natural disasters, political unrest, or force majeure events. We will, however, assist in tracking and coordinating with courier partners.


9. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain PIN codes where delivery is not serviceable. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
