2. Delivery Timelines

Within India:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: 4–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier operations.

International Shipping (If Applicable):

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days

  • Customs clearance may cause additional delays beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

Re-shipping will require additional shipping charges.

If you receive a package that appears:

  • Opened or tampered

Please:

  1. Take clear photos before opening

  2. Email admin@tealayas.com within 48 hours

  3. Include your order number and supporting images

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Tealayas is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Political unrest

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Force majeure events

We will, however, assist in tracking and coordinating with courier partners.
