Add one scoop and steep in hot water to unlock the flavour and aroma.

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour the freshly brewed tea straight over them for an instant chill.

Garnish, if you like

Fresh peach slices, litchi, mint leaves or a squeeze of lemon will each take the glass somewhere slightly different.
